I had to go to a Gala and I wanted a piece that would make a statement.  I didn't feel like buying a new dress or outfit for this awards dinner I attend every year.  I wanted to wear something simple and let the jewelry speak for itself.  So, I created this piece.  I named it jubilee because it was designed specifically for a celebration.  I wore it with black leather tank top and black slacks.   It was the perfect solution.  Sometimes, it's all about the accessories.
